The "EmpowerHer" project aims to promote and support the growth of women in investment banking through a series of initiatives aimed at providing support, inspiration and resources for career advancement.

The Ladies in Banking Breakfast is an internal event organized by Mediobanca that stems from the desire to promote role models to young female students interested in entering the world of Investment Banking and demonstrating that there is interesting growth potential for female talents. The event involves several professionals in the sector sharing their experiences and "tricks of the trade" to build a satisfying and balanced career.

Objective: To foster positive role models and share experiences that inspire and motivate women to pursue careers in investment banking.

Proposal addressed to female students of Graduate degree programmes.

A date in April 2024 is being defined.

To participate, you must register online  by April 1, 2024. Mediobanca will make the selection and inform the participants of how to participate.

Empowerher: Leading Women in Investment Banking - Career Advisors Sessions

Personalised consultancy sessions conducted by Mediobanca's HR team. Interested candidates can attend one-on-one meetings to receive advice on resume building, interview preparation, and practical tips for advancing their careers.

Objective: To provide personalised support to improve the skills and increase the competitiveness of female resources interested in careers in investment banking.

Proposal addressed to female students of Graduate degree programmes.

Duration: 12 months – from March 2024 to the end of March 2025.

To participate, you must register  by April 8, 2024. Mediobanca will contact the students to arrange appointments.
