Class L-3 degree programmes provide employment opportunities and professional activities in various fields, such as animation and cultural industry, television and mass media, costume and fashion, from the conception of the product to its realization. In particular, the three DAMS profiles prepare for the professionalism of:

 

The DAMS for arts profile aims to train professionals able to design and implement cultural and artistic events, exhibitions, museum education initiatives and related editorial products (catalogues, critical interventions, etc.). This profile builds a foundation of historical and theoretical studies related to the world of art, applied arts, photography, architecture and design; Particular attention is paid to the relationship between the visual arts and the performing arts (music and performing arts). 
On this basis, theoretical-practical courses and workshops are grafted aimed at transmitting a series of practical skills (including managerial skills) essential to be able to access the professions of artistic organization.

 

The DAMS for media and performing arts profile aims to train professionals capable of designing and producing audiovisual and multimedia products for both traditional media (cinema, radio, television) and new media. It also aims to provide a useful training base for access to the information professions and for all possible media platforms (press, radio, television, web, press offices and public relations).
The profile builds a base of historical and theoretical studies dedicated to the world of cinematography, television, new digital media and information, with particular attention to the cultural aspects of the journalistic profession.
On this basis, theoretical-practical courses and workshops are grafted aimed at transmitting a series of practical skills (including managerial skills) essential to be able to access the communication and information professions. There will be a film-making course (Institutions of Directing) in specialized English.
The profile directs to post-graduate training courses for journalistic professions (the Schools recognized by the National Order of Journalists). As for how to access the journalistic profession, we recommend that you consult the website www.odg.it

 

The DAMS for the performing arts profile is aimed at those who intend to work in the field of performance and entertainment, in the different forms of traditional theatre, live spectacular events, paratheatrical animation in the social sector.
The profile builds a base of historical and theoretical studies dedicated to the world of theater, entertainment, music, and cultural organization. On this basis, theoretical-practical courses and workshops are grafted aimed at transmitting a series of practical skills (including managerial skills) that are essential to be able to access the performance and entertainment professions.

 

After the undergraduate programme, the choice of a path of specialization and targeted professionalization is recommended in any case.

The DAMS programme allows access, at the Brescia campus, to the graduate programme in Digital Content Management for Media, Corporate Communication and Cultural Heritage and to the graduate programme in Modern Philology.

The programme also allows access to graduate degree programmes in the fields of communication and entertainment activated at the Milan campus of Università Cattolica. DAMS graduates will be able to find highly professionalizing offers in particular in the postgraduate training programmes of the Graduate School of Media, Communications and Performing Arts, which organizes qualified graduate programmes in the sector.
