A toolkit for women's leadership
The project includes participation in two workshops with the aim of training the managers of the future and providing a toolkit to face some of the challenges of managerial skills.
Below are the proposed contents, organized in two different days of workshops:
Workshop 1
Comparison with the concept of Power, the basis of leadership; How power lives and is expressed in the world of organizations; How do men and women relate to power and experience leadership? Concept of Empowerment respectful of differences.
Workshop 2
A model for soft skills: executive presence; Concept of Personal Branding; Building your network: networking.
Proposal addressed to female students of Undergraduate and Graduate degree programmes.
Date and modalities
Held remotely – the seminars will take place over two days between May and September 2024
To participate, you must register online – by April 22, 2024.
The selection will be made by Crédit Agricole, which will inform the participants of how to participate.

Crédit Agricole Challenge: imagining the future of our business through the Crédit Agricole App
We propose to femanle students to become part of the transformation of our business. We ask you to help expand the young customer base and ensure that the bank is repositioned in terms of new positioning, product innovation and digital transformation. (credit agricole.com) will have to work on a project to renew the products offered through our app. In this process, the student will be accompanied by the structures of Insurance Bank, Open Innovation and Current Accounts and Loans.

The activity will be recognized as a curricular internship.
