Team focus on equal opportunities, inclusion and organisational well-being

The Focus Teams project is part of the actions envisaged by the Strategic Plan headed by the Equal Opportunities table and is developed in collaboration with the Equal Opportunities Committee.

It is a social participation initiative to engage the entire university community and promote a culture of equal opportunities, inclusion and organisational well-being, also with the aim of identifying new specific actions on the subject to be implemented, in line with those envisaged by the Gender Equality Plan.

The initiative is aimed at students, teaching staff and technical-administrative staff so that they can be direct actors in virtuous processes of organizational change, both to spread knowledge of what already exists in the University in the field of equal opportunities, inclusion and organizational well-being, and to stimulate dialogue and discussion on these  issues in order to generate creative actions that respond to the real needs of the university community.

Focus teams on equal opportunities, inclusion and organisational well-being launched

At Cattolica, focus teams on Equal Opportunities, Inclusion and Organisational Wellbeing have started. Professors, technical-administrative staff, and students are working to make the university environment increasingly equitable, inclusive and oriented towards the well-being of the entire community.

Elena Riva, the representative of the Equal Opportunities Committee teachers: "We hope that through this project we will be able to bring out concrete needs and also give concrete answers"
