The activities of Table 7 aim to promote the valorisation of Human Resources and the recognition of the equal dignity of the person in terms of gender, generational equity, equality in terms of different abilities, support for the family and parenthood, and the dissemination of a culture of equality in the recognition of differences.

These are the objectives:

• Enhancement of Human Resources
• Support for researchers and teachers on maternity/paternity
• Definition of a management model in the medium to long term of the University's activities on Gender Equality
• Activation of parenting support services for teachers, PTAs, students
• Strengthening of the organizational coordination of SISDD (Services for the integration of students with disabilities and with SLD and SEN)
