WiFi & Eduroam
Students and professors of Università Cattolica can access with their own portable device (PC, PDA, mobile phone, etc.) to the Internet using the University's WiFi network.
Students must provide the credentials used to access I-CATT.
Lecturers must provide the credentials used to access the PPD (Lecturers' Personal Page).

Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore adheres to the Eduroam (Education Roaming) project for the roaming of wi-fi users belonging to universities/research institutions in Europe, Canada, USA, Brazil, Peru, New Zealand, Kenya, Thailand, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Eduroam is a service that offers secure wireless access to the network. Students, teachers and technical-administrative staff who visit a participating institution are able to use the wireless local area network (WLAN) using the same credentials (username and password) that they would use in their home institution, without the need for additional formalities at the host institution.
Access to the Eduroam network must therefore always be understood outside one's own university.
Access to the network for users from other universities/research institutions:
Users of the service must join the "eduroam" Wifi network by authenticating themselves with the same configuration and the same credentials they use at their universities/research institutes.
Here are the configuration instructions for the different types of mobile devices:
Android and Apple
- Download the "geteduroam" APP from the official stores;
- Search for the desired university;
- Set your Username and Password and log in.
Personal Computers (Windows, Linux, and Apple)
- Access the portal: https://cat.eduroam.org;
- Click on the Banner indicated on the page;
- Select your organization;
- Download the installer;
- Follow the sign-in instructions.

For Teaching and Technical Administrative Staff
Username: user @unicatt.it (where user is the user ID adopted for access to University resources – Intranet and/or PPD);
Password: your login password
For Students
Username: nominal account @icatt.it
