In line with the tradition of attention to its students and, more generally, to the users of the services offered by the University, the Public Relations Office was established in 1999.
The specific functions of the office, which operates in conjunction with the other services of the headquarters, consist of:

• the collection of suggestions and proposals for improvement of the services offered by the University;
• receiving and listening directly to individuals or groups of students, from families and users of the various services of the University who have goon through critical situations, distress, or who have encountered some malfunctions and inconveniences.

In respect of privacy, the user is not asked for personal data to ensure the absolute anonymity of the requests submitted.
