Teaching Methodology

The programme includes up-to-date and qualified teaching, in-depth analysis of highly topical issues, and functional activities to enhance the connection between teaching and research, for example through seminars, workshops and conferences.

The student at the center

The methodological approach, based on a rich variety of innovative approaches, places the student at the center of the educational experience.

Classes made up of a limited number of students and characterised by a more direct relationship with professors/lecturers encourage the adoption of an interactive methodology that includes, in addition to lectures:

individual and group discussion of case studies to develop problem-solving and decision-making skills;

the organisation of cross-function testimonials that allow the analysis of concrete business problems using different disciplinary approaches and integrating the vision of the different company functions;

direct observation of business processes through the organisation of factory tours;

the development of entrepreneurial projects through business games and the design of innovative solutions for specific functional issues;

Participation in "dinner meetings", moments of informal discussion with managers and entrepreneurs, which facilitate orientation towards a specific professional career.

The programme also offers ample opportunities for international exchange.

Supplementary teaching services

A particularly innovative feature in the proposal of supplementary teaching services is the MyMentor! project, which allows each student to interact individually during a semester with a mentor (manager, consultant or entrepreneur), willing to guide him in understanding the dynamics of the world of work and in planning the first steps of the professional path.

The Orientamentee path accompanies the participants in the project in the acquisition of a greater awareness of their professional aptitudes and inclinations, up to the creation of an autonomous assessment of their skills.

To facilitate a successful entry into the world of work, the General Management profile offers, in addition to MyMentor!, also the opportunity for individual students to have an individual interview with an ICF (International Coach Federation) accredited Mentor Coach aimed at providing guidance and support in identifying professional goals and building a personalised path to achieve them.
