The graduate degree aims to train psychologists with clinical and social skills aimed at designing and conducting interventions aimed at the person, the couple, the family and the community.

The programme aims to transmit specific professional skills to operate autonomously in the field of clinical-social interventions aimed at individuals, couples, families and in the field of community psychology, having as reference different contexts of action: public and private health companies, organizations and services of prevention, care and assistance to the person, both in the profit and non-profit sectors.

A qualifying feature of this graduate degree is the placement of clinical intervention within the relational perspective. This perspective takes into account the intrapsychic dynamics of the person, his interpersonal, familial, social relationships and his cultural matrixes. Specifically, the graduate degree considers interpersonal, family and social relationships as a crucial element for the development of people and community ties as well as their state of health and disease. The skills acquired concern the field of research, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of subjective and relational distress, taking into account the research and intervention traditions gained over the years at the University.

There is also a course called "Professional Experiences" (mandatory and expendable for the purposes of the Practical Evaluation Internship (T.P.V.) provided for by the qualifying degree in psychology) and the professionalizing internship (T.P.V.) provided for by the qualifying degree in psychology.
