Career opportunities

The graduate degree programme aims to train professionals with managerial and managerial tasks to be employed both in the fields of figurative arts, architecture, music, entertainment and cultural heritage, and in the sectors of economics and management, aimed at the organization and management of cultural events.
Within these companies, graduate students will be able to:

  • preside over senior management or certain individual functional areas; among the latter, in particular, strategic analysis, commercial, marketing, human resources management activities of cultural and entertainment companies;
  • coordinate the team of experts and technicians who regulate all promotional operations for the development and maintenance on the market of a product, a cultural service or an event;
  • implement the company's commercial policies; intervene in all business processes, have competence over the overall management of the company;
  • take care of and manage the control of company management by formulating operational solutions at the strategic top;
  • Ensure that expenses are consistent with budget forecasts by performing cost-effectiveness calculations, variance analysis, budgeting and reporting.

The graduate will also be able to operate as:

  • independent consultant or within companies operating in the specific sector of business consulting of various kinds (strategic, financial, organizational) for cultural organizations, with the prospect of access to top positions;
  • self-employed entrepreneur in the various sectors of the economy, art, culture and entertainment;
  • operator in the management of museums and exhibition events with the following different qualifications: administrative and financial manager; Head of the Secretary's Office; Head of the Press Office and Public Relations; Responsible for development: fund raising, promotion and marketing; website manager; event curator; auction house manager;
  • operator in the management of companies and entertainment events with the following, different, qualifications: artistic director; theatrical organizer; theatrical, musical and literary agent; responsible for orchestral tours; record manager; head of press offices for festivals and music and theatrical organizations; Responsible for communication for music and theatre festivals and organisations.
