Innovation Manager

They know how to create new products, processes or business models with digital content, capable of producing value for customers. They therefore manage complex projects ranging from the identification of innovative ideas to their implementation and commercialisation on the market, also coordinating the work of project teams.

They know the main ICT technologies, create and use databases, and apply them to business processes and products/services for the market.

They have competences:

  • in the identification and analysis of customer needs;
  • in mechanisms for the protection, including legal protection, of innovation;
  • in the management of creative processes and the generation of new ideas;
  • in the management of complex projects for the development and market launch of new products, processes or solutions, with attention also to environmental and social sustainability.

They also have budgeting and financial expertise.

Project manager in medium and large companies in the ICT sector, responsible for the development and implementation of innovation projects within the company or by promoting a network of relationships with external parties, according to the Open Innovation model.

Digital Transformation Expert

He/she analyses the business models of a target company, in any sector, and knows how to develop and lead digitization projects aimed at increasing its competitiveness.

  • Analyze the business models of traditional and digital companies;
  • analyse the activities and processes of individual functions and organisational units;
  • develop organisational and technological change strategies;
  • plan and lead digital technology implementation projects.

Budgeting and financial skills.

Project manager within the commercial function of digital business services companies.

Manager of collective projects for the digital transformation of companies (e.g. aimed at groups or networks of SMEs) promoted or financed by public or private bodies, including in the context of public calls funded or co-financed by the EU, the Government, the Regions or the Chambers of Commerce.

Project manager for digitization within Public Administration bodies.

 

 

Digital Entrepreneur

They are able to found a new innovative company in the digital field, alone or in a team, planning its strategy, assessing its sustainability, gathering all the resources necessary for the company's activities (in the various phases of its lifecycle, but especially in those of startups), and then guiding its development on the market.
