Nursing and Midwifery Sciences

For the purpose of consulting the final merit list, in compliance with the G.D.P.R. on the protection of personal data, each participant is assigned a unique alphanumeric code communicated by e-mail. If necessary, it is possible to request the re-forwarding of the corresponding code to the e-mail address ammissioni-rm@unicatt.it attaching a valid identification document.

Those who are placed in the final merit list in order of places available ( 40 places for the programme active at the UC Rome campus and 20 places for the programmeactive at the Turin campus – Cottolengo Hospital) are considered admitted.

From 9 to 16 October 2024, those admitted to the graduate degree programme must enrol by following the relevant GUIDE.

By connecting to the page https://consultazioneonline.ilmiotest.it/ each candidate can view the correction of his/her paper (written test) using the username and password communicated by e-mail.

The admission test will take place on 30 September 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the following locations:

For the programme active in ROME | Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore:

• Room 810 (floor VIII) Fondazione Policlinico Universitario Agostino Gemelli IRCCS (L.go A. Gemelli, 8 00168 Rome);

For the programme active in TURIN | Cottolengo:

• Auditorium – entrance from Via Cottolengo, 14 (Cottolengo Hospital - Piccola Casa della Divina Provvidenza - 10152 Turin)

Access to the test will not be granted to candidates who arrive after the closing of the recognition operations. Candidates must show for identification:

• An original and valid identity document, pursuant to art. 35 of Presidential Decree n.445/2000 (copies or reproductions – on any support – of identification documents will not be allowed);
• Non-EU candidates must present a valid passport and residence permit.

EU citizens and equivalent as referred to in art. 39, paragraph 5, Legislative Decree no. 286/1998, if in possession of one of the qualifications listed below:

• Degree qualifying for the health professions of Nurse, Midwife, Paediatric Nurse;
• University diploma qualifying for the health professions of Nurse, Midwife, Paediatric Nurse;
• Qualification enabling the exercise of one of the health professions included in the graduate degree class referred to in Law no. 42/1999.

Participation in the competition is also allowed, subject to conditions, to candidates who will obtain the required admission qualification by 31 December 2024, according to the specifications set out in art. 10 of the call.

To register for the admission test from 9 July 2024 until 23:59 on 18 September 2024:

• You must carry out the registration procedure for the competition "On-line registration system" referred to in art. 3 of the call (if you are a new user, you will have to register and create your personal account the first time you use it);

• It is mandatory to upload the following to the system:
  • A specific educational and professional curriculum vitae, prepared by the University for the exclusive purposes of this competition, duly completed in its entirety and signed by the candidate;
  • Certification (or declaration in lieu of certification pursuant to art. 46 of Presidential Decree n. 445/2000) proving the possession of a qualification for access to the graduate degree programme of class LM/SNT-1. If the qualification is to be obtained by 31 December 2024, upload to the system the examination certificate (or declaration in lieu of certification), with the legal duration of the degree programme of class L/SNT-1 in which you are enrolled for the current academic year 2023/24. This requirement is necessary to progress in registering for the test, therefore make sure you are in possession of the above certifications before starting the registration procedure.

• You must upload of any additional qualifications that confer points pursuant to and within the limits of art. 6.1 of the call.
• You must pay the participation fee of € 120.00 to complete the registration (the form can be downloaded at the end of the procedure).

In case of renunciation, or impediments of any kind to participate in the competition, the participation fee will not be refundable for any reason.

The test consists of a written test and the evaluation of academic and professional qualifications, where duly certified.

The written test will take place in person on 30 September 2024 at 10:00 a.m. respectively:

• For the graduate degree programme active in Rome, at the "A. Gemelli" Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Largo F. Vito n.1

• For the graduate degree programme active at the Turin teaching site, at the Cottolengo Hospital "Piccola Casa della Divina Provvidenza" in Via Cottolengo, 13 10151

The list of those called for the test, with an indication of the room assigned for the same, will be published from 24 September 2024.

Carefully check (art. 6 of the competition notice) the qualifications that award points and, within the deadlines and in the manner indicated, proceed to upload the appropriate forms attaching all the necessary certifications.

No points will be awarded for qualifications that are not adequately certified or that are received after the deadline indicated.

Once you have paid the participation fee, you will be able to access the simulator of the written test.
