A degree programme to take care of educational relationships, cultivate human resources, develop planning skills.

Pedagogy Expert

The degree programme allows access to the professional outlets of the figure of the pedagogy expert.

As required by recent regulations, it also allows you to accrue the ECTS necessary to participate in the admission tests for secondary education training courses.

The programme of study expands and enhances the opportunities for entry into the world of work, also because of the roots in the territory and the plurality of employment areas that make use of Pedagogical Planning and Human Resources Training.

Among the most accredited:

  1. childhood, school, disability;
  2. young people, career guidance, career development;
  3. company, selection and training;
  4. personal services, marginalization, pedagogical consultancy;
  5. elderly, social housing, social inclusion.
     

Objectives and territories

The programme combines lectures by professors and testimonies of professionals, knowledge and individual accompaniment of students in internship and dissertation activities.

In dialogue with the territory, the graduate degree programme prepares professional figures:

  • competent in pedagogical coordination and supervision in services dedicated to the person and aimed at children, adolescents, young people, adults and the elderly;
  • able to train and manage human resources in profit and non-profit organizations;
  • experts in pedagogical planning on the territory (project management), to promote and manage network interventions between different stakeholders: schools, companies, institutions and associations;
  • able to apply relational skills and innovative methodologies to school and job orientation, empowerment and professional retraining;
  • aimed at enhancing gender differences and participatory leadership in local welfare projects, from needs analysis to evaluation, in a dynamic context of socio-economic change (UN Agenda 2030; Next generation EU National Recovery and Resilience Plan; Ecological transition) and regulatory (Pathways for transversal skills and orientation; Reform of the Third Sector; Law 205/2017).
