The graduate degree in Psychology of Clinical Interventions: Groups, Organizations, Communities aims to train psychologists able to design, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of clinically oriented psychological interventions aimed at different types of social groups, organizations and communities in order both to promote their quality of life and to prevent their discomfort, and to manage the aspects of suffering often present in them. These clinically oriented interventions use the interpersonal relationship as a privileged tool of care, also deepening the specificities of the relationships that characterize the life of groups, organizations and communities.

Skills

The programme is divided into two learning areas:

  • methodological knowledge: the different methods, techniques and theories underlying clinically oriented psychological interventions;
  • in-depth study of three specific application areas: groups (families, informal groups, social groups, work groups); organizations (social and health services, social cooperatives, schools, companies, sports clubs, local authorities) and communities, deepening their characteristics, dynamics and characteristic cultures.
