Graduates in Environment and Workplace Prevention Techniques (qualifying for the health profession of Environment and Workplace Prevention Technician) carry out their professional activity in the public and private sector, at the National Health Service in the prevention and safety services of the workplace; they will also be able to work dealing with the environment, food hygiene and nutrition, veterinary, hygiene and public health as well as in territorial assistance in regional/provincial environmental prevention and protection agencies, in the prevention and protection services of public or private bodies and companies, in the bodies and articulations of the Ministries of Health and Labour and Social Policies and in the private sector in the areas of expertise developed during the programme and/or as a freelancer.
The professional opportunities can be referred to the professional skills acquired in the degree programme and therefore can be spent and developed in a transversal form on multiple sectors and economic activities.
