‘The Master's program in Data Science allowed me to develop the main soft/hard skills required by the job market at this time. I put into practice all the statistical concepts I had studied in previous years, thanks to the use of the main data analysis tools that allow companies to become data-driven. It is an experience that really prepares you for work; during the classes I had the opportunity to study and solve real business cases and do team work. After obtaining the Master's degree I worked in two companies as a Data Analyst, I felt very confident because the cases I followed were really similar to the projects studied during classroom lectures.’
"I found the Master program very engaging: we got to learn state-of-the-art methods and the allied statistical software, while analyzing current real world data. I enjoyed working in diverse teams, and learning by exchanging experiences. Meeting with, and talking to, business experts in a variety of fields gave me a practical perspective on what companies need and expect from graduates in our field".
"All courses were very interesting with lots of engaging topics; they showed me new ways of approaching and solving problems. Personally, I liked most the course on geospatial information management which blends toghether time and space data in an integrated model: the course was very intensive but definitely rewarding! Methods and approaches definitely helpful to face professional challanges".
