Through Python, we will discover how to deal with and transform complex data into meaningful predictions, going through different phases: from data analysis, to cleaning and transformation in a Cloud environment to building a machine learning model. The presentation will kick off with a concrete use case: the increase in global temperatures, with the aim of predicting climate trends. This example will demonstrate the potential of the language across the entire process pipeline. We will then explore programming best practices in Python, with a focus on readability, modularity, and code optimization, which are fundamental principles in both professional and academic settings.
