Reflections on a brilliant career in Banking & Finance
During the meeting, various topics will be addressed, starting from the witness's career path and then focusing on the context of the current company. The activities, knowledge and transversal skills required in banking work in the current operating context will be explored, also in light of the competitive dynamics that have arisen with the entry of fintechs.
For students, it will be an opportunity to draw inspiration and gather food for thought on the key elements of an informed career choice.
Prof. Mariarosa Borroni, Professor of Economics and Management of the Bank, will facilitate the dialogue between the participants.
