Winning strategies for the simultaneous management of a physical team and a virtual team

-ROLE PLAYING | Exercises and Structured Simulations with focus on soft skills.
Objective: Recreate real-life work situations to assess participants in a controlled environment and observe their behavior, enhancing the ability to manage group dynamics and conflict resolution.
Total duration: 1 hour (10 minutes of preparation and introduction to the contents,
30 minutes of group work, 20 minutes of follow-up return).
Small group activities: reserved for a maximum of 15 students.
The Internship & Placement Office of the Piacenza-Cremona Campus of Università Cattolica, in collaboration with the partners of the World of Work University Committee, organizes a series of professional orientation initiatives aimed at introducing you to the main tips, from the fundamental to the most advanced ones that will train your technical, transversal, digital and green and that will facilitate your entry into the job market.
Registration is mandatory. We invite you to read the instructions carefully and to register no later than two days before the chosen initiative.
The activity is part of the package of "4 mandatory vocational orientation (OP) initiatives" necessary for the submission of the curricular internship application.
Attendance will be recorded through M. Teams at the beginning/or at the end of each individual session.
