Information on how to access the University and how to book

The "Guidelines of Conduct – SARS-CoV-2 Epidemiological Emergency Protocol"  have also been drawn up thanks to the contribution of the scientific expertise of the Faculty of Medicine and the "A. Gemelli" Polyclinic Foundation, and are by their nature in continuous development, in consideration of the current health situation, given the decisions that will gradually be taken regarding the start-up and methods of conducting activities in the University, as well as due to the decisions that will be adopted by the competent authorities.

  • wash your hands often according to the instructions of the Ministry of Health and always before accessing your workstation and using shared equipment (e.g. keyboards, mice, touch-screens, printers);
  • avoid close contact with people suffering from acute respiratory infections;
  • avoid hugs and handshakes;
  • maintain, in social contacts, the distance of at least 1 meter;
  • practice respiratory hygiene (sneeze and/or cough into a handkerchief, avoiding contact of the hands with respiratory secretions, in any case to be sanitized after such circumstances);
  • avoid the promiscuous use of bottles, glasses and any other objects that involve contact or close use with the nose and mouth;
  • do not touch your eyes, nose and mouth with your hands;
  • cover your mouth and nose if you sneeze or cough;
  • clean surfaces with chlorine or alcohol-based disinfectants;
  • use FFP2 respiratory protective devices, if at the end of isolation (and therefore upon return to university environments), up to the 10th day from the onset of symptoms or from the first positive test (in the case of asymptomatic), or if assisting sick people.
