The project "Euthymia. Well-Being" will deal with the "emotional soul" of students, in their human desire for recognition of their own complexity, guided by psychologists and psychiatrists from the Rome campus of Università Cattolica. The Project, coordinated by Professors Gabriele Sani and Daniela Chieffo, will mainly propose training and information interventions and will take charge of psychiatric support only in specific cases and of significant vulnerability.

Among the themes explored are competition with others, performance anxiety, perfectionism, eating disorder, the uncertainty that derives from lack of control, the sense of belonging, the distinction between the concepts of anxiety, anguish and fear.
