The student will be included in the team that manages transversally and in collaboration with the other structures of the asset management company, the processes of improvement of quality standards towards customers and actively collaborates in the renewal of operational processes where necessary in functional coordination with the global organisation for sharing methodology and best practices. Monitor client issues and related KPIs aimed at meeting customer requests.
Proposal addressed to female students of Undergraduate and Graduate degree programmes.
The activity will be recognised as a curricular internship.

Internship with develompment conversation
Availability for two internships lasting 12 months each (with the option to spend part of the internship abroad to be defined with the candidates).
Students will be placed in the Investments area, which aims to achieve performance objectives in line with the value proposition of each product, to ensure replicability of results, compliance with investment limits and consistency with the chosen risk/return profile, and also to ensure consistent application of investment strategies in each product.
Internships offer the opportunity to:
- two development conversations (the 1st after 6 months of internship and the 2nd at the end of the internship) with HR Business Partner of the Investments division;
- a career advisor at the end of the internship with CIO Italy or Deputy CIO Italy;
- mentoring programme (students will be mentored by an investment professional).
