BNP Paribas and BNL are strongly linked to the issues of inclusion, diversity and gender equality.

To this end, BNL intends to provide 2 scholarships of 2,500 euros each for female students with a brilliant course of study, aimed at concrete support for academic training. To complete the awarding of the scholarships, the 2 selected students will have the opportunity to be involved, from June to December 2024, in a series of meetings related to the issues concerning "Women's Empowerment" and "Diversity & Inclusion,” deepening the role of women within our Company.

Specifically, through the "Women's Empowerment" programme, which aims to work on the affirmation and development of female leadership in the company through active listening to people, but also the analysis of data and evidence in general, students will have the opportunity to:

1. acquire an overview of the Company and its activities related to women's empowerment;
2. know the evolution that has taken place over time on the issues of diversity and inclusion and the results that have emerged from the analysis activities carried out within the Company;
3. be involved in the design of micro-interventions/concrete actions (e.g. Mentoring, People Management, etc.) to be developed within the program itself, working and presenting projects aimed at increasing awareness of these issues, generating a new paradigm of effectiveness and pleasantness for the entire business community.
