The BPER Group recognises the value of diversity as a key resource for innovation, productivity and growth of the organisation and the country.

In order to generate the necessary cultural change and foster an inclusive environment, the Group promotes initiatives aimed at respecting the values of fairness and objectivity and is committed to safeguarding the maximum expression of the individual's potential as an element of distinctiveness.

In 2023, the Group significantly strengthened its commitment by implementing the "Three-Year Operational Plan for the enhancement of gender diversity," whose areas of intervention concern, among other things, the development and retention of current female managers. The emphasis is on inclusive leadership with empowerment paths where workshops, coaching, and mentoring play a key role.

A second area of intervention focuses on the "managers of the future", with accelerated growth paths to create a pool of potential resources capable of feeding the pipeline of the future. The Group also has several active partnerships (e.g.: ValoreD, D.i.Re, Parks - Liberi e Uguali) for the development of initiatives dedicated to the community and customers.
