Career advisors and mentoring paths

The aim of the programme is to support the personal and professional development of young female students through mentoring. The programme is structured in a series of "One-to-One" meetings on issues related to career orientation and entry into the world of work, in which the Mentee and the Mentor will be able to exchange ideas, discuss progress made and set goals for further development. The Mentors, Banco BPM professionals who have completed Mentoring preparation training and who already have experience in the company as Coaches and/or Assessors, will share knowledge and skills acquired in the form of teaching and transmission of experience.

From the meetings, the mentee will draw value in terms of growth of personal awareness, enhancement of one's inclinations and attitudes, and choosing which future of work to turn towards and benefit from a relationship of guidance and orientation. The meetings will be one-to-one, so each mentee will be matched with a mentor. Banco BPM will do the mentor/mentee pairing. One meeting per month for a total of six meetings (hybrid mode: presence/distance) - Kickoff: in presence - Closing meeting: in presence.

Proposal addressed to female students enrolled in Graduate degree programmes. The programme is aimed at a minimum of 3 up to a maximum of 5 female students.

Duration: 8 months - from April to November 2024.

To participate, you must register online  by April 8, 2024. Banco BPM will select the participants and communicate how to participate.
