A Meeting With a Deloitte Advisor

The initiative offers the opportunity to interact with Senior Managers in the Audit & Assurance area who have significant experience working in financial sectors such as Banking and Insurance. The selected professionals actively participate in the coaching and internal training programmes of the Deloitte network and will seek to serve as a source of inspiration for the future leaders of tomorrow whatever their field of specialisation.
Project participants will receive one-to-one coaching sessions. The main objective will be to instil confidence, motivation and stimulation through feedback and advice on key leadership skills such as effective communication, problem-solving, time management and team development.

Proposal addressed to female students enrolled in Undergraduate and Graduate degree programmes.

Duration: 9 months from April to December.

To participate, you must register online – by April 8, 2024. Members will be provided with the references of the Advisors to arrange appointments.
