Empowering Women in Finace During the AI Era

The project aims to empower and inspire female students by providing them with valuable skills, insights, and mentorship opportunities to learn about the new era of finance shaped by AI. The programme is designed to bridge the gap between the academic and professional environments by fostering a supportive community and preparing female students for successful careers in finance, with a focus on training future leaders. It will consist of workshops and skills development sessions, mentorship sessions with professionals in different positions and leadership levels, Q&A sessions and a final individual project. At the end of the programme, participants will be evaluated for an internship and will have the opportunity to join the team.

Proposal addressed to female students of Undergraduate and Graduate degree programmes. The activity will be recognised as a curricular internship.

Duration 3 months - from April to June '24.

To participate, you must register online – by April 8, 2024. Mdotm will select the participants and communicate how to participate.
