Training for the development of women's leadership
The financial education programme of UniCredit's ESG Italy Banking Academy, which aims to inform, break down stereotypes and raise awareness, train, grow skills and influence behaviour, accompany and create a network, and offer opportunities for mentorship and discussion on the topics proposed.
The following events are scheduled:
- Padua on 9 May
- Cagliari on 30 September
- Florence on November 25
to deepen the relationship with money at different stages of life. Links to register and participate in the live streaming of the event will be communicated.

Networking events
Event on the occasion of the International Day for Cultural Diversity
The event is part of the celebration of the International Day of Cultural Diversity, in which UniCredit Senior Managers, external speakers and participants from UniCredit employee groups (Employee Networks) will take turns on stage during panels and discussions to explore the importance of a work environment capable of valuing diversity.
Proposal aimed at female students of Undergraduate and Graduate degree programmes.
Date: 21 May 2024 – Location: Milan (More logistical details on timetable and agenda will follow)
To participate, you must register online by April 22, 2024. Unicredit will select the participants and communicate how to participate.
Career advisors and mentoring paths
Mentoring path with Unicredit
Participation in a dedicated mentoring programme (e.g. 5-6 participants) with UniCredit Managers and Executives with proven experience in career guidance and leadership development for women.
Proposal addressed to female students of Graduate degree programmes.
Period: April-December 2024.
To participate, you must register online – by March 31, 2024.
It is also necessary to signal your interest by sending your application to the uidivaninclusion@unicredit.eu post office box, with a brief presentation of your profile and professional aspirations—again, by 31 March. UniCredit will make the selection, and it will communicate to the participants how the programme will be carried out.
