The programme at a glance

An undergraduate programme to develop a legal culture

The traditional legal disciplines (constitutional and private law) and the historical-philosophical approach are the basis, but the student can enrich his curriculum by choosing one of the four paths proposed: Legal Assistant (judicial assistant and "Paralegal"); Expert in Public Administration Law; Labour and Trade Union Relations Consultant; Privacy and Information Security Officer.

Teaching methodology

The predominantly theoretical courses are essential to ensure a specific legal preparation. The meetings with professionals and jurists organized by the Faculty are valuable supplementary activities.

And then? A legal profile in the public or private sector

With a Degree in Legal Services, the student can make available the skills acquired in the programme both within a company in the private sector (administration, contracts, human resources management, assistance for law firms or notaries), and in the public sector (judicial officers and collaborators, public security personnel), or, after an internship and passing the qualifying exam, in the profession of Labour Consultant.

Presentation

The undergraduate programme in Legal Services prepares students for activities and jobs in administrations, companies and public and private bodies, which require a specific legal preparation. The main educational objective of the course is in fact to provide adequate competence in the subjects characterizing the legal area and to ensure the acquisition of the tools for the knowledge and understanding of regulatory texts.

It may be decided to switch to the Graduate degree in Law (class LMG 01), in compliance with the study plans provided for it, even before obtaining the Undergraduate degree.
