Student Ratings Summary
Students play a fundamental role in the Teaching Quality Assurance System, offering their guidance in a conscious and responsible way.
Students' opinions are an essential element for the continuous improvement of the courses offered and of the Degree Courses as a whole.
Quality Bodies
In accordance with Art. 2, paragraph 2, letter g), Law no. 240/2010, the Joint Teacher-Student Committee is responsible for monitoring the educational offer and the quality of teaching, as well as the student service activities by professors and researchers; identifies the indicators for the evaluation of the results of the educational offer, the quality of teaching and the student service activity; draws up an annual report for each degree programme containing proposals for improving the quality and effectiveness of teaching facilities; formulates opinions to the Faculty Council on the activation and suppression of CdS; at the request of the Faculty Council, it expresses opinions on the consistency between the credits assigned to the training activities and the specific training objectives planned; at the request of the Dean, it formulates opinions on other issues relating to the performance of teaching activities. It annually draws up a summary document that highlights the main critical issues identified at a systemic level and common to all the CdS, to which the reports on each CdS are attached.

It is the body in which professors/lecturers and students discuss the validity of the training programme and the study plan, any critical issues encountered and the prospects for improvement referred to teaching profiles or contextual services; they formulate proposals and share solutions.
At the end of each meeting, the Committee draws up a report that is an important tool for the self-assessment of the degree programme
It is an instrumental and auxiliary body of the Professors-Students' Joint Committee of the "A. Gemelli" Faculty of Medicine and Surgery.

It is the ultimate safeguard for the self-evaluation of the degree programme: in fact, it examines the reports of the Professors-Students Joint Subcommittee of the Degree Programme and identifies the strengths of the programme itsled and the improvement actions to be taken to strengthen them and/or solve any critical issues. It draws up the cyclical review document of the degree programme and the DA-AV (annual self-assessment document of the degree programme).
