Additional Educational Obligations (OFA)

In accordance with the provisions of the Didactic Regulations of the degree programmes, additional educational obligations (OFA) in the subjects indicated in the same Regulations are attributed to students who, despite having obtained a score useful for enrolment purposes, have not correctly answered at least 50% of the questions relating to each of the subjects tested in the admission tests.
The Degree Programme Committee organises, also through distance learning, intensive and remedial courses reserved for students who have been assigned OFAs, aimed at allowing the recovery of initial deficiencies and the profitable use of course lessons.

OFAs are considered to have been successfully passed the test, the modalities of which will be communicated after the beginning of the academic year. In accordance with Article 6(1) of Ministerial Decree no. 270/2004, OFAs must necessarily be completed within the first year of the programme. Students who have not recovered their educational debt within the first year of the programme in the manner described in the previous paragraph cannot take the exams scheduled for the second year of the programme.
Any OFAs are communicated to students at the time of publication of the merit rankings.
