Career opportunities
The graduate in Sciences of Education and Training Processes is a professional who, depending on the cut he has decided to give to his or her course of study, can work in different areas related to education, training, and personal services. In particular, it can become:
- Professional socio-pedagogical educator in socio-educational and social-welfare services, managed in the public sector and by social cooperatives, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 205/2017 and paragraph 517 of Law 145/2018.
- educator of early childhood educational services (provided that they have acquired the specific university credits required by law);
- trainer and human resources manager (classroom and on-line tutor, training designer, evaluator of training processes and projects, junior trainer, operator of selection and development of human resources in services and public administration, companies and organizations, training agencies and consulting firms).
