The internship can be carried out at faculty facilities, Public and Private Health Authorities accredited with the NHS. Internship stays can be organised at other Italian or foreign universities, according to agreements stipulated on the national territory and international exchange projects.
The Internship represents a key to access the world of work with which you can experience "in the field" the notions learned and evaluate the real motivation with respect to a professional role. It also represents an opportunity for professional and personal growth, meant to complete and improve your study curriculum and complementary to the classroom learning process and to individual study.
It is, therefore, a period of experimentation that allows the student to verify the connection between the knowledge acquired at the university and its application within individual organisations.
Università Cattolica has understood the value of this tool, including it in most of its programmes and awarding credits (ECTS) for the achievement of the graduate degree.
