The Graduate Degree in Markets and Corporate Strategies has designed and offers projects dedicated exclusively to the students of the degree course: intensive workshops/seminars and the Career Coach Project with Special Projects. These are voluntary specialization activities, which are highly recommended to refine and pragmatically activate the training of students.
To deepen their interests on the basis of their career goals, in the workshops/seminars students take part in intensive sessions of 3/4 hours, in which they address discussions and activations aimed at reflecting on specific themes of professional practices and the skills and abilities needed to address them.
The Career Coach Project unfolds in a cycle of micro-group meetings, in which experienced and dedicated coaches guide students towards the recognition of their professional goals and the construction of their own personal project of integration into the world of work and career. The Career Coach is the springboard for participation in the special projects offered by the degree programme: students can apply and be selected to take part in consulting projects, in which to activate the knowledge and skills learned during their studies and increase their opportunities to deal with real market and business problems.
Finally, students have the opportunity to engage in project internships at selected companies to gain direct knowledge of the economic and strategic dynamics that companies face on a daily basis in different national and international competitive contexts.
