To obtain the graudate degree in Physics, the student must have acquired at least 120 ECTS.

The normal duration of the graduate degree programme is two years, for a student with adequate initial preparation and engaged full-time in university studies.

As part of the degree programme, it will be possible to obtain, as determined by the Faculty Guide, the 24 ECTS necessary to access the competition for the annual initial training and trial course.

The graduate degree programme is divided into two possible curricula, which differ in the possible elective courses, in the type of internship and dissertation, and in the language they are delivered.

Curriculum Physics

The traditional curriculum in Physics is delivered in Italian, includes elective courses mainly in the physical/scientific disciplines and a dissertation on a research topic.

 

Curriculum Physics for Technologies and Innovation

The Physics for Technologies and Innovation programme is taught in English and includes elective courses complementary to basic scientific/technological knowledge in the disciplines of Innovation Management and Data Science and internships and dissertations in collaboration with partner companies.
