Curricular internship
The curricular internship is a key experience to access the job market with which to experiment "on the field" the notions learned during university training and evaluate one's real motivation with respect to a professional role. It represents an opportunity for professional and personal growth to complete and improve one's curriculum and thus integrate the process of classroom learning and individual study.
It is, therefore, a period of experimentation that allows you to concretely apply the knowledge acquired at the University to different work environments.
Università Cattolica has understood the value of this tool, including it in most of its degree programmes and awarding ECTS for the achievement of the degree.

Attribution of ECTS
Students are invited to check the Faculty Guide to see whether their profile includes a compulsory or optional internship and in which year they can include it in their study plan.
The minimum number of ECTS is determined by the Faculty Guide for each study plan.
It is possible to activate the curricular internship only if it is included in the study plan, in order to be able to record it at its conclusion and thus obtain the corresponding ECTS. The internship entitles you to a pass mark, not to a mark out of thirty.

Community Stage Curriculari/Curricular Internship Community
On the Community Stage Curriculari/Curricular Internship Community on Blackboard you can find all the useful information about curricular internships.
To access the Community, you need to connect to https://login.unicatt.it/iam-fe/sso/login (or https://blackboard.unicatt.it/)  and enter your credentials.
Once you have entered the system, you need to select the COURSES tab and enter "internships" in the "search for courses" field. Once you have found the "Community Curricular Internships" course, you need to tick the box to add the course. It will be enough, therefore, to enter SEARCHED COURSES to access the Community.

If you have difficulty enroling in the course, we suggest that you send the report by filling out the appropriate form on your personal iCatt page.
