Food science and technology

Announcement of competition for the assignment of 21 scholarships amounting to € 4,000 each, renewable for one year, for those who will enrol in the first year of one of the graduate degree programmes of the Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore - Piacenza/Cremona Campus.
Application deadline: 18 September 2024.

The graduate degree programme in Food Science and Technology, structured in two profiles:

• Food Technology curriculum
• Food Safety curriculum

It aims to provide the scientific knowledge and technical skills to:

• the management of agro-industrial supply chains and processes
• the constant improvement of food products in a qualitative and economic sense

ensuring the sustainability and eco-compatibility of industrial activities and incorporating innovations into specific activities.
