This graduate programme responds to the need to train professionals capable of moving in the fields of management, human resources management and communication in companies, organisations, private and public bodies. The development and enhancement of human capital are of strategic importance within organisations and communication plays an essential role both in this area and in that of relations between organisations and society as a whole. Through a strongly interdisciplinary approach, LACOR offers the opportunity to acquire professional managerial and communication skills that are strategic for entering the labor market.

To ensure close contact with the world of professions, LACOR has set up two Technical Committees: one for the Cor curriculum – composed, among others, of representatives of Fondazione Cariplo, Armani Group, Esselunga, Eataly, Peck, Ipsos, KPMG, Banco Alimentare, Publicis Group, Havas Group, Unicredit, Wind Tre – and one for the Ergolabos curriculum – composed, among others, representatives of Assolombarda, ATM, Cisco, Contship, Edison, Pirelli, Tecnimont, Vittoria Assicurazioni, Welfare Ambrosiano.

Teaching methodology

The use of interactive teaching requires that the assessment of learning takes place partly directly during exercises, seminars and workshops (in which students will be asked to prepare papers and presentations independently) and partly with oral and written tests. In order to promote knowledge of the world of work and a rapid and satisfactory professional integration, internships are also provided in companies, consulting firms and public administrations, employment market intermediation agencies, trade union study centers and trade associations, and research institutes.
