The training action includes:

  1. the combination of a common core (foundational to the psychological-organizational vision of the course of study) with the development of three in-depth study paths electively dedicated to the areas of human resources, marketing, and organizational communication;
  2. the interweaving of psychological knowledge-skills with those of other disciplines (economics, sociology, philosophy, law) useful for reading the organizational phenomenon;
  3. an experiential focus of the training moment capable of integrating advanced scientific knowledge (disciplinary courses) and specific technicalities (Methods and Techniques) in connection with the professional contexts of reference (Professional Experiences and T.P.V.).

Corollaries of this setting are:

  • a strong orientation towards active and interactive teaching;
  • a strong commitment to tutorial teaching;
  • the frequent use of the (small) working group, in which the student has the opportunity to experiment and share a process of building knowledge-skills, to acquire a critical and reflective attitude towards professional skills, to learn to work in a team, getting used to confrontation, taking responsibility and managing complex situations.
