Agricultural Science and Technology Curriculum 

The curriculum in Agricultural Science and Technology combines agricultural knowledge and methods with operational and laboratory skills, which are constantly updated, and allows you to adapt to the different types of jobs in agriculture, thanks to the study of specific subjects such as animal anatomy and morphophysiology, animal nutrition and feeding, animal husbandry, herbaceous crops, arboreal crops, plant pathology and others chosen by you.

Viticulture and Oenology Curriculum

The curriculum in Viticulture and Oenology consists of a training programme that consolidates interdisciplinary agricultural skills with a specialisation in viticulture and oenology, qualifying for the profession of oenologist in Italy and Europe, with scientific and technical knowledge able to work throughout the production chain of the wine sector.
