Have you ever thought about becoming the protagonists?

The Undergraduate Programme in Arts, Media And Performance Studies trains professionals in the fields of culture, communication and entertainment.

It combines three training components:

  • a basic humanistic culture;
  • a specific historical and theoretical preparation in the field of theatrical and audiovisual performance, multimedia communication, artistic creation and organization;
  • a direct knowledge of professional techniques in the fields of artistic management, entertainment, media communication in all its forms, with particular regard to journalism.

Lectures are complemented by hands-on workshops led by industry professionals.

Students who wish to do so will be able to access internships at companies and institutions, announced on a regular basis; or, they can be selected for practical training workshops organized by the University together with partner institutions. The students of the third year of the Dams programme end their career, before the final individual exam, with a collective project work, which brings together all profiles and skills in a multimedia event with performative actions and video-installations.

The preparation is completed by a good knowledge of the language (two levels of English, one basic and one advanced, and a film-making course taught in specialized English) and professional skills.

THE DAMS IS INSPIRED BY THE "UNIVERSITY-WORKSHOP" MODEL, AND IS FULL OF PRACTICAL WORKSHOPS LED BY QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS
